First, select your head size. If you’re not sure, here’s how to measure your head. Take a cloth measuring tape wrap it around your forehead and around the widest part of your head, where a cap would normally sit. If you don't have a measuring tape, take a piece of string, wrap that around your head, and then measure the string against a ruler.
